We have an exciting new opportunity for a Client Service Co-ordinator at The Famous Grouse Experience. This role will effectively coordinate all events at The Famous Grouse Experience from the initial enquiry through the smooth delivery of event, after care and developing a strong relationship with the client. It will be responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the events strategy, including Networking, promotional activity, incentive activity, liaising closely with key destination management companies.

 

 

Reporting to the General Manager – The Famous Grouse Experience key responsibilities for this role include:

 

  • Responsibilty for all events at The Famous Grouse Experience (TFGE)

  • Responsibility for all client communication from the initial enquiry through to ensuring the smooth running of the event and ensuring all details are recorded in the events diary

  • Accurately and timely gathering, communicating and co-ordinating all relevant information between client, suppliers and all relevant departments of TFGE to ensure the event is delivered to exceptional standards

  • Taking bookings, handling customer enquiries and carry out other general administration as and when required

  • Ensuring all groups are properly welcomed on arrival and all their needs are met for their event

  • Recognising the importance of leads, opportunities and referrals, forwarding these opportunities to the relevant manager; in order to maximise business potential and create new opportunities

  • Handling site visits from potential customers and build excellent business relationships with key clients to maximise revenue from events to achieve events revenue target

  • Promoting outstanding and exceptional customer service at all times

  • Coordinating the implementation of our agreed Events Strategy for TFGE

  • Ensuring that the Event income log is kept up to date, and evaluating the log to record the success of Events

  • Assisting the General Manager in Liaising with tour companies and Destination management firms

  • Be an excellent and outstanding ambassador for TFGE

 

To be effective in this role you will have excellent communication and organisation skills. A good understanding of the meetings/ conference/ events industry would be advantageous.

 

Please note - unsociable hours and weekend will be required as necessary to support the events.
