Based in Singapore
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director(RMD) for Global Travel Retail, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to both the RMD and Managing Director for Asia Travel Retail, across a wide and varying range of activities thereby supporting the business growth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Provide full secretarial and administrative support to both directors
Coordinate business travel arrangements & expense claims to both directors
Assist in the planning of distillery visits for trade customers
Assist in the GTR “Giving More” (charitable giving) agenda
Coordinate agenda and travel arrangements for QBRs and Leadership Team meetings throughout the year
Assist commercial and marketing team in the annual duty free show and adhoc projects (e.g. new product launch)
- Reporting - Assist in the collation of sales depletion report
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5-8 years of administrative experience, 3 of which serving senior leaders of the business; with regional experience. You will have excellent organizational skills and experience in planning, coordinating and managing meetings/ workshops; able to multi-task simultaneously. Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders, collaborate with other PAs across multiple geographies and work discreetly with confidential information. You will possess good command of written & spoken English; ideally good Mandarin; enjoys communication and proactive via telephone / email.
