As we continue to build on creating an exceptional experience for visitors to The Macallan Visitor Experience we have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join the team reporting to the Beverage and Food Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all visitors to The Macallan Visitor Experience receive exceptional customer service in all food and beverage areas of the visitor experience. As Food and Beverage Supervisor you will be responsible for leading an outstanding food and beverage team to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and experience.

 

Key responsibilities for this opportunity include:

  • To lead and develop a ‘best in class’ food and beverage team, who will provide visitors with the best Scottish welcome and deliver a consistently high quality visitor experience in line with Visit Scotland criteria across all food and beverage touch points at The Macallan Visitor Centre

  • Through engagement and personal drive, be accountable for ensuring that every guest of The Macallan experience leaves The Macallan having had an outstanding level of customer service

  • To ensure that the visitor experience in the F&B areas is presented as a 5 star, quality attraction, at all times

  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in both customer and non-customer facing areas

  • To ensure that the team follow all systems and procedures laid down by each department and are followed with detailed accuracy

  • Supporting the B+F manager to ensure that the team are fully aware of the daily business needs through the delivery of structured daily operational briefs

  • Ensuring that the visitor experience offering is constantly exceptional and in line with brand etiquette

     

To be successful in this role you will have an eye for detail and understand what it means to deliver exceptional levels of service within a luxury hospitality environment. You will be well presented, expect the same from your teams and have an innovative and creative mind that is able to drive quality and service in every aspect of your role. You should be friendly and approachable with strong communications skills, able to present to small groups or speak publicly.
