An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Global Consumer Relationships Marketing (CRM) Manager at Edrington, working on The Macallan.
The CRM Manager will play an important role in shaping the CRM strategy, building strong consumer relationships, and working closely with the Brand Team, Private Client Relationship Managers, and the rest of the business to provide technical expertise to shape and elevate the brand experience for our consumers.
Working closely with the Head of Consumer Experience, this role will support in creating the initial CRM strategy, and ongoing development of that strategy, take the lead in consumer data collection, management, and analysis, create and deliver a tailored consumer experience and ensure the measurement and analysis of the performance of the CRM strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
To be considered for this role, you will have demonstrated experience and passion for CRM, including international experience, CRM systems, and Email platforms. You will be experienced in embedding consumer-centred-design methodologies and practices across organisations, and technically comfortable in managing the adoption, development and roll-out of back-end infrastructure as it powers front-end user experiences.
