Our vision is to give more by building the world’s leading portfolio of exceptional super premium spirits.  As part of this journey, we have created a fantastic new role within our malt whiskies business unit for a Global CRM Manager recognising the importance of brand experience, service and personalised conversations for our global clients.

This is a rare opportunity to create and lead a global client relations programme on prestige international brands from the ground up. It will be a pivotal and influential role within our business and a key contributor of our forward strategy.

To be successful you will know what it takes to build and manage a brand CRM programme: how to recruit, segment and retain consumers. You will be familiar with how to design, create and implement a digital consumer journey; confident in developing engaging consumer content and communications and in designing client experiences that set your brand apart.

If you are currently working (or have recently worked) on a consumer lifestyle, service or luxury brand then you are in pole position.

This is a big opportunity that demands experience but also vision and energy.

To take on the challenge you will already be a senior marketeer with notable experience of CRM or of planning and implementing broader consumer communication programmes, encompassing media planning and creative development.  You will be a confident communicator with the ability and gravitas to collaborate at all levels and be comfortable making high level decisions in front of markets and senior leadership teams.
