As Head Chef in our new Visitor Experience you will be required to produce meals and services to meet the 5star standards of this attraction. You will work to deadlines and be highly focused on ensuring that customer satisfaction is met, and exceeded.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Working within the catering operating budget using company nominated suppliers
To be successful in this role you will have a passion and flair for cooking with fresh, quality ingredients. You will have a positive approach to menu planning and be keen to develop the catering offer within this 5star experience. You must have HACCP experience as well as experience of managing a kitchen team.
Applicants should hold an intermediate food hygiene certificate.
