An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR team to lead Edrington’s overall learning and development agenda, including the implementation of a variety of leadership programmes, emerging talent programmes, learning at work initiatives, mentoring and bespoke team building activities.

 

Employee engagement, diversity & inclusion will be important aspects of this role, as will the collaboration with HR Business Partners to lead succession planning and talent reviews consistently across the business.

 

 

Key responsibilities for this role will include:

 

  • Helping to shape and drive the execution of the learning and development agenda across the business.

  • Overall responsibility for the Edrington Academy.

  • Designing and facilitating bespoke team sessions to develop high performing teams.

  • Driving talent conversations and facilitating succession planning/talent review process at a variety of levels within agreed timescales to meet business need, ensuring that this is completed consistently across the business.

  • Working in collaboration with HR business partners ensure that all aspects of performance management are implemented on a consistent basis.

  • Managing employee survey process and drive follow-up actions in collaboration with the business.

  • Implementing an engagement framework and leading D& I initiatives.

  • Supporting change management and engagement activity across the business; this may be small minor changes, or larger change projects aligned with strategy.

  • Ensuring talent and performance systems are fully implemented and leveraged.

  • Providing coaching, development and guidance to leaders, teams, and HR colleagues.

  • Collaborating closely with the HRLT to ensure that global HR strategies are applied and executed consistently.

 

 

To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced OD specialist with a proven track record in the areas of organisational development, engagement and talent management. You will be an excellent facilitator, with strong influencing skills and have an ability to work with a variety of different internal clients. You will have experience of driving the HR agenda across different geographies and ideally have experience of psychometric tools, LMS and learning academies.
