HR Executive - Singapore

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive is responsible for the day to day HR operations and will provide proactive support to the HR Manager in support of our growing business in South East Asia as well as the Global Travel Retail Business and the wider region.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in all elements of recruitment & recruitment administration process as required.

  • Support the HR Manager for key events in the HR calendar including but not limited to the annual Performance & Development Review (ePDR) & Talent Review processes; undertakes ePDR administrative duties.

  • Support the HR Manager in the communication of our organisational development culture and agenda and partner with line managers, to identify development gaps in their team (current vs future needs), in line with the business strategy; keeping in mind the 70:20:10 approach to learning. Ensure all employees have development plans, recorded on Employee Central.

  • Understands the Edrington Reward philosophy, leverages technology to administer various reward program and supports communication of reward policies and practices.

  • Assist the HR Manager on day to day HR issues.

  • Expertly uses HR systems and technology to support the smooth administration of processes, ensure accurate and timely data is at our fingertips. Is an advocate of our people systems and educates line managers on how they can use our system to access data their people. – (e.g. ePDR/ SAP reporting)

  • Maintain employee files and databases, ensuring that organisation charts are up to date.

Knowledge & SKills

  • At least 2 years’ experience providing HR support

  • Relevant experience in a HR generalist role from consumer goods industry

  • Team player

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Be able to manage multiple priorities effectively

  • Well-organized and attentive to detail

  • Ability to handle confidential information and matters with discretion
