The IT Support Analyst will be responsible to provide 1st/ 2nd line support and manage service desk tickets through to completion.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide the initial point of contact for IT support

  • Provide 1st/2nd line IT support and manage helpdesk tickets through to completion

  • Diagnose and resolve operational issues with personal computers, networks, telephony and local IT

    infrastructure.

  • Provide advice on the operational aspects of computer systems and software.

  • Provide site support to Singapore

  • Administer daily management of backup and archiving facilities.

  • Assist and support the IT Services team in the delivery of new IT solutions (network upgrades, telephone system upgrade etc.)

 

Skills and Requirements

  • Diploma in IT

  • Microsoft certified (MCP) preferred

  • At least 2 years in a similar position

  • Competent knowledge of network infrastructure and associated hardware

  • Strong customer service focus and proven communication skills

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows OS

  • Knowledge of Windows Server and Backup Exec
