To support our new global learning platform for our employees and customers, a new opportunity has become available for a Learning & Development Associate to join the HR Team.  This role will ensure that our Edrington Academy provides a superior learning experience by identifying and curating information based on individual and organisational learning needs. 

 

Reporting to the Head of Organisational Development, key responsibilities for this opportunity include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with senior leadership teams to identify learning needs and allow active promotion of Learning & Development (L&D)initiatives and programmes

  • Work in close collaborations with Global HR Business Partners, HR Teams and Centres of excellence.

  • Curate learning pathways, materials or programmes for business and personal skill development through content curation from internal and external sources

  • Support in the development of blended learning approaches for existing and future programmes including, brand education, personal development and technical training

  • Supporting the evolution Edringtons’ learning culture by bringing innovative new ideas and trends in L&D forward

  • Implementing/leading on social learning, content curation and establishing learning communities

  • Ensuring globally consistent use of our learning system through coaching and guiding our regional offices/locations

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical Learning Management System issues and queries

     

    To be considered for this role you will be educated to degree level with previous experience within a Learning & Development role.  You will have excellent knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS’s) as well as experience of working with specific learning models, methodologies and learning concepts. 

    The ability to plan and prioritise short and longer term workload are considered essential qualities.

    Excellent relationship building skills will enable this role to proactively manage internal and external stakeholder relationships in order to positively influence and negotiate with others to complete activities.
