Product Manager, Taiwan - Asia

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join the Taiwan Marketing team.

This position reports into the Marketing Manager and will be responsible to develop, implement and evaluate brand(s) strategy and action plans for Taiwan market.

Job Responsibilities

Brand Profitability

  • To assist Marketing Manager to achieve annual targets for volume, NSV and STNC

  • To ensure the channel mix is in line with annual plan guideline.

Brand Strategy

  • To execute and implement of brands strategy and plans and ensure effective implementation within agreed budgets, objectives and timeframes.

Market Research/Competitor Analysis

  • To Update a comprehensive, marketing information data bank by gathering market intelligence and competitors’ information and report to Marketing Manager for counter actions.

Advertising & Promotion

  • To negotiate and optimise the media buying

  • To assist Marketing Manager to develop and implement local tactical campaigns when and wherever appropriate
  • To record and consolidate A&P expenditure and commitments


  • To assist Marketing Manager to meet with key customers on a regular basis and attend key meetings where required


Knowledge, Skills & Core Competencies Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, MBA preferred

  • At least 7 years’ experience as in brand marketing or product management

  • In-depth brand/product marketing knowledge and experience, FMCG preferred

  • Strong analytical ability and data driven thinking

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English/Chinese

  • Good presentation skills
