Disposal of mature samples to the stock cask ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements.
Re-gauge casks as and when required, eg. stock casks – accurate assessment of the volume of casks is important to meet our legal, HMRC and company requirements.
Work with other sampling and warehouse team members to reconcile missing or incorrect cask locations and empty casks.
Implement a system to ensure that sample requests are fully signed off when missing casks are reconciled – work with line-manager to ensure these instances are fully resolved.
