​A new exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager, working for The Macallan.  We have commenced a five-year multi-million pound programme of work to deliver a global CRM strategy and associated capabilities, and require a strong and experienced Project Manager to support the programme, managing multiple workstreams and delivery across technology, experience and brand, data and employee capabilities.

Reporting to the Programme Lead, The Global Head of Consumer Experience for The Macallan, the role will be measured against delivery of the core outcomes of the programme, delivering in a timely and effective manner, within the set budgets and with strong engagement from our teams across the globe.

 Some of the key responsibilities for this role includes:

  • Chairing the Project Control Board meetings, including The Macallan Managing Director and other Directors from across the business
  • Collaborative working with the identified subject matter experts in order to define and run each work-stream. 
  • Reporting will include but not be limited to overall plan, progress against milestones, financials, resourcing, assurance and change management
  • Lead communication of decisions, regular updates and relevant information to stakeholders
  • Holding stakeholders (including external consultants and other partners) to account on delivery quality, time and cost
  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a change adoption strategy
  • Integrate change management activities into project planning
  • Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
  • Lead workshops as required with the project team and other key stakeholders e.g. project definition, process mapping, customer journey and training purposes

To be considered for this role, you will have strong knowledge of Digital and CRM technologies, and luxury industries. You will have exemplary project management and change management skills.  Experienced in organising, planning and executing large, complex projects from vision through implementation, involving a diverse range of stakeholders.  You will be an engaging leader with gravitas, experienced at bringing people together to achieve shared goals and have experience of managing globally dispersed project teams.
