The team leader for customer service will lead the customer service function in Singapore hub for Asia Pacific and Global Travel Retail.
Oversee the daily operation in the customer service team
Ensure receipt and processing of Customer Orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Proactively work with external Customers, Commercial team, Planning team and 3rd Party Logistics.
Build up the knowledge base for customer service team (SOPs, KPIs, training roadmap, etc.). Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Identify development needs for team members.
Responsible on the workload prioritization & resource planning in customer service team
Handle escalations, trouble shooting, and problem solving
Drive for continuous improvement of system and processes
To be considered for this role you will to have at least 5 years working experience with focus on Order Management and at least 3 years managing a team. You will be Diploma/ Degree qualified in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service with good knowledge of export documentations and SAP.
The successful applicant will be confident to participate in cross-functional discussions & decision-making. You will be customer oriented, resourceful and a strong team player. Knowledge or experience in Customer Experience would be a plus.
