The team leader for customer service will lead the customer service function in Singapore hub for Asia Pacific and Global Travel Retail. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation in the customer service team

  • Ensure receipt and processing of Customer Orders in a timely, efficient and accurate manner. Proactively work with external Customers, Commercial team, Planning team and 3rd Party Logistics.

  • Build up the knowledge base for customer service team (SOPs, KPIs, training roadmap, etc.). Provide coaching and mentoring to team members. Identify development needs for team members.

  • Responsible on the workload prioritization & resource planning in customer service team

  • Handle escalations, trouble shooting, and problem solving

  • Drive for continuous improvement of system and processes

To be considered for this role you will to have at least 5 years working experience with focus on Order Management and at least 3 years managing a team. You will be Diploma/ Degree qualified in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or Customer Service with good knowledge of export documentations and SAP

The successful applicant will be confident to participate in cross-functional discussions & decision-making. You will be customer oriented, resourceful and a strong team player. Knowledge or experience in Customer Experience would be a plus.
