Trade Marketing Executive - Taiwan

In order to support our growing Travel Retail business in Taiwan, we have an exciting new opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the team as Trade Marketing Executive due to a recent restructure.


Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, Asia Travel Retail, key responsibilities of this role include:


  • Plan and execute marketing plans for Taiwan Duty Free while aligning to ATR Marketing Strategy and Guidelines

  • Support the Commercial Team in developing the TravelRetail business in Taiwan

  • Ensure best-in-class executions for all product launches, promotional events and training sessions

  • Regular tracking of Sales depletion, Post-Event Analysis, Market Insights

  • Management of Taiwan Duty Free A&P

  • Assist Sales Manager in preparation of:

  • Annual Sales Budget

  • Monthly Review and Optimization of Retailers’ inventory

  • Conduct regular and timely post-event analysis of product launches, promotional events (trade and consumer)

  • Preparing the annual Advertising & Promotions (A&P) budget

  • Ensure A&P spent is aligned to ATR’s A&P Guidelines while keeping to budget given

  • PG Management – support commercial team in management of PG and development of PG Growth Plan and Incentives scheme

  • Support Commercial Team in preparation of Training sessions and materials

  • Coordinate across various business functions in ATR and Taiwan LOC to ensure successful execution for product launches and promotions (consumer and trade)

  • Work with 3rd party agencies to improve Communications (PR, Digital), Trade Events, Consumers Engagement, Merchandising implementations, ensuring services provided are in line with the brand guidelines and business’ expectation


The candidate must possess a Bachelor degree or equivalent. They must be fluent in Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with local customers.  Proficient knowledge of Trade Marketing is essential. They must also demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
